Creamy Paprika Steak Shells

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shell pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.

Drain the pasta and set aside.

Step 2: Season and Sear the Steak

Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and season generously with salt , black pepper , and smoked paprika .

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat .

Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear for 2–3 minutes per side , or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Sauté the Garlic

Reduce the heat to medium . Add the butter to the same skillet and let it melt.

Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute , until fragrant but not browned.

Step 4: Make the Creamy Sauce

Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth , stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer for 3–4 minutes , stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Step 5: Combine Everything

Add the cooked pasta and steak bites back to the skillet. Toss everything gently to coat evenly in the creamy sauce.
