Directions

2. Add the beef cubes to the bowl, ensuring each piece is well coated with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef cubes to the skillet in a single layer, without overcrowding. You may need to do this in batches.
4. Cook the beef tips for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on the outside and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
5. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Variations & Tips
