Ingredients :
Chicken: 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
Honey: 1/4 cup
Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
Soy Sauce: 3 tablespoons (low-sodium preferred)
Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
Ginger: 1 teaspoon, grated (optional)
Cornstarch: 1 teaspoon (optional, for thickening)
Salt and Pepper: To taste
Green Onions: Chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Season the Chicken:
Pat the chicken dry using paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Sear the Chicken:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
